1. Spend less on food that we don't eat. (I swear our pantry shelves are going to collapse at any moment!)
2. Learn to cook. (perhaps that would help with #1)
3. Decrease amount of shopping trips due to sheer boredom or fresh air.
4. Quit buying clothes I don't need. (goes with #3 I guess)
5. Drink less pop, eat healthier, excercise, blah blah blah
6. Learn more about photography.
6. Learn more about photography.
I was going to come up with more but I didn't want to over-do it. However, having a lot might make me feel more successful if I accomplish at least one or two as opposed to only having 2 or 3 resolutions and not accomplishing any.
Anyway, that's how I am justifying it. I hope to reach some of my goals this year and while some are going to involve research and work, I am hopeful that it won't unmotivate me to accomplish them. I think maybe if give myself a little reward it will help! For instance, my birthday present from my husband was supposed to be a new camera. However, I have decided not to get a new one until I have learned more and practiced more. Today, I went to the bookstore to get some photography books to do just that. So, I am already on my way! Of course this also involved shopping and spending money (see #3) but at least I had legitimate reason this time. (see #4) Unfortunately, that also means I went to Babies R Us (for a shower gift) and Target (for milk and eggs). Of course, that's not all I bought... (Damn, #3 is going to be really hard!)

So I think that sums it all up! I hope your plans for self-improvement are rewarding in themselves!
I had to post some pictures! I don't think people would read my blog if I didn't!
